Patient Access Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate procurement of clinical services by collecting demographic and financial information from patients
• Schedule services and handle referrals to ensure patients are scheduled for appointments and procedures
• Support inbound and outbound call volume, complete pre-registrations, and generate patient estimates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration setting preferred
• Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, or Pre-Services experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
• Ability to utilize information systems/tools such as Epic and Microsoft Teams
