Patient Access Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Navigator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the procurement of clinical services by collecting patient demographic and financial information
• Schedule services for patients and manage referrals from primary care doctors
• Support Revenue Cycle workflows including pre-registration and appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
• Ability to utilize information systems such as Epic and Microsoft Teams
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
