Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient access to clinical services by collecting demographic and financial information, scheduling appointments, and managing referrals
• Support revenue cycle workflows, including pre-registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain high standards of customer service and achieve departmental performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic billing processes
• Familiarity with Epic systems and other relevant information tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
