Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate procurement of clinical services by collecting patient demographic and financial information
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals to ensure timely patient access to services
• Support revenue cycle workflows and maintain adherence to quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration is preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Understanding of billing, eligibility, and pre-authorization processes
• Experience with information systems such as Epic and Microsoft Teams is advantageous
