Patient Access Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Navigator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates procurement of clinical services by collecting patient demographic and financial information
• Supports Revenue Cycle workflows, including scheduling, pre-registration, and handling referrals and authorizations
• Maintains high standards of customer service while managing inbound and outbound call volumes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and billing processes
• Familiarity with Epic and other relevant information systems
• Ability to work in a complex environment with frequent changes
