Job Summary

To support revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Patient Access Navigator will manage patient scheduling, financial clearance, and demographic information collection while ensuring adherence to quality care standards and departmental metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Collects and verifies patient demographic and financial information to facilitate clinical service procurement
  • Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments while maximizing resource utilization
  • Handles inbound and outbound communications regarding registration, appointments, and patient estimates, ensuring high levels of customer service
Required qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration settings preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and revenue cycle processes
  • Familiarity with information systems such as Epic and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent changes
