Job Summary

To enhance patient access across various medical disciplines, the full-time Patient Access Navigator II will provide centralized support for physician and radiology services during remote overnight shifts, ensuring exceptional service and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences by facilitating access to the provider network and managing escalations and complaints
  • Support the Access Center management team with onboarding, training, and quality monitoring initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and operational support for systems and training programs within the Patient Access Center
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center environment, preferably in healthcare
  • 1-2 years of experience with Acombina and strong technical proficiency in EPIC, Outlook, IDX, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of central scheduling, medical terminology, insurance verification, and registration preferred
  • Ability to work varied hours and shifts as business needs change
