Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or business administration
• Certification in Epic
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or patient access, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in a claims or call center environment
• Understanding of insurance companies and medical terminology
