Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes priorities for patient access teams and oversees project plans for service enhancements
- Partners with leaders to drive initiatives that improve patient access services and satisfaction
- Manages day-to-day activities of Patient Access Teams to ensure high levels of customer service and patient flow
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or patient access, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in a claims/call center environment and performance improvement processes
- Understanding of the patient access experience and insurance company operations
- Fluency in medical terminology and proficiency in electronic medical records/systems
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills
