Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes priorities for patient access teams and oversees project plans for service enhancements
  • Partners with leaders to drive initiatives that improve patient access services and satisfaction
  • Manages day-to-day activities of Patient Access Teams to ensure high levels of customer service and patient flow
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or patient access, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a claims/call center environment and performance improvement processes
  • Understanding of the patient access experience and insurance company operations
  • Fluency in medical terminology and proficiency in electronic medical records/systems
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills
