Job Summary
Responsible for supervising corporate programs, the full-time Patient Access and Affordability Operations Manager will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and manage overall operations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts interviews, hires associates, and performs performance reviews while providing ongoing feedback and guidance to team members
- Manages onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring adherence to program policies and quality expectations
- Analyzes quality and performance reports to identify trends, implement process improvements, and coach team members as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as financial services, business administration, healthcare administration, or related areas
- Minimum of three years of progressively related experience, including 1-2 years in a management role
- Experience in compliance and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of healthcare or financial tech services is preferred
