Patient Access Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the operational excellence of Drug Pathway Programs, the full-time remote Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist will manage daily processing of updates, perform data entry and system configuration, and resolve operational issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Perform data entry and system configuration, conducting audits to align the live system with internal standards
• Act as the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks, resolving discrepancies by collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Data Analytics preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role such as Pharmacy Technician or Claims Processing
• Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; experience with SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira for tracking operational tasks preferred
