Job Summary

To support access optimization initiatives, the full-time Patient Access Optimization Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical support, assist with analysis and implementation of Epic-build functions, and work remotely during Central time zone hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure and support access optimization initiatives and Epic-build related functions
  • Manage small to medium projects to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder engagement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through meetings and written presentations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably with Epic systems
  • Experience in ambulatory and/or surgery scheduling
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL preferred
  • Epic Cadence certification strongly preferred
