Job Summary
To support access optimization initiatives, the full-time Patient Access Optimization Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical support, assist with analysis and implementation of Epic-build functions, and work remotely during Central time zone hours.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support access optimization initiatives and Epic-build related functions
- Manage small to medium projects to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder engagement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through meetings and written presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably with Epic systems
- Experience in ambulatory and/or surgery scheduling
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL preferred
- Epic Cadence certification strongly preferred
