Job Summary

To enhance Patient Access workflows, the full-time Patient Access Optimization Manager will apply expertise in registration, financial clearance, scheduling, and customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design AI-enabled tools and optimize operational processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the design and optimization of AI-driven tools and workflows for Patient Access operations
  • Evaluate and refine quality frameworks and workflow outputs to align with operational standards
  • Lead performance management initiatives and facilitate meetings to drive accountability and review outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Patient Access or revenue cycle management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a management role
  • Proven experience in Patient Access functions and understanding of front-end revenue cycle impact
  • Experience with process improvement and performance management initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a healthcare environment preferred
