Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Clinical Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of candidates through daily outbound calls to educate and support patients on Intracept therapy
• Document outreach engagement details and outcomes in CRM systems
• Answer patient inquiries and provide additional information as needed while meeting daily productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing clinical role, preferably in pain management or spine
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric/goals-based environment
