Patient Access Principal Trainer

Job Summary

To support training initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Patient Access Principal Trainer will develop and deliver end-user training programs, maintain training materials, and analyze operational data to enhance workflows and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-user training programs
• Create and maintain training materials, tip sheets, and workflow documentation
• Analyze operational and training data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Patient Access Principal Trainer and Training Environment Build Certification
• Experience supporting Epic Playground environments
• Experience with Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or ambulatory operations
