Patient Access Report Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Patient Access Report Analyst who will work remotely to manage various Patient Access reports for multiple facilities, ensuring timely billing and account resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Patient Access reports to prevent billing delays and escalations
• Notify the PTAC Operations Manager of high dollar or aged accounts requiring management intervention
• Log errors consistently for trend analysis and assist in identifying common issues for feedback to facility leadership

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare; relevant education may substitute experience
