Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to handle pre-registration, registration, and financial clearance processes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-registration, registration, and financial clearance for all patients
• Provide customer service and orient patients to the registration/admission process
• Schedule new and follow-up patients and manage patient discharges

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in data entry and computer skills
• Knowledge of medical insurance and terminology (preferred)
• Work experience in patient registration (preferred)
