Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access & Care Team Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information regarding patient access services
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and handle co-pays and demographic updates
  • Identify and escalate complex non-clinical issues and ensure adherence to emergency call handling protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate
  • Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Competency in using a multiple-line telephone system
