Key Responsibilities

• Manage remote patient registration and demographic updates
• Verify insurance and resolve unbilled encounters
• Participate in daily team huddles to report performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of billing, collections, and medical insurance claims procedures
• Familiarity with patient registration procedures and documentation
• Understanding of health insurance plans and eligibility verification
