Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access & Care Team Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites, assisting inbound callers and making outbound calls as necessary
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify emergent calls for immediate transfer to a Registered Nurse and provide customer service according to departmental standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer/patient needs
