Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records
  • Identify emergent calls and transfer to appropriate staff for triage or resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience in a call center or customer service-related area preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer needs
