Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access & Care Team Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records
- Identify emergent calls and transfer to appropriate staff for triage or resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service-related area preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer needs
