Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of patient appointments to optimize clinical resources and patient time
• Accurately capture demographic and insurance information for a seamless checkout and billing experience
• Resolve scheduling hurdles and provide empathetic guidance to patients regarding pre-service requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience required
• Medical Assistant background preferred
• Experience scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat correspondence
• Experience taking high volume calls in a healthcare setting
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment
