Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative for a full-time PM shift, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous manner
• Obtain and verify required patient information for registration in an expedient manner
• Act as a preceptor for new hires and perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of formal education or equivalent experience
• Two years of work experience in customer service, healthcare, or a business-related field
