Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to provide exceptional customer service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registration processes
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, referrals, and interpreter services
  • Perform additional office duties including chart preparation and patient financial assistance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
  • One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
  • Medical terminology knowledge is helpful; customer service experience is essential
  • Six months of customer service experience desired
  • May require BLS certification for certain locations and/or settings
