Job Summary

A company is looking for a PACT Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Link the patient experience between PACT and the practice site, assisting inbound callers and making outbound calls as needed
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and update patient information while adhering to departmental standards
  • Identify emergent calls for triaging, provide customer service, and assist with organizational marketing efforts


Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or applicable customer service-related area
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages
  • Ability to work a variety of hours based on departmental business needs
