Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative Call Center - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-registers and registers patients, ensuring accurate demographics and financial data
• Verifies insurance coverage and responds to inquiries regarding scheduling and appointments
• Provides outbound calls for appointment reminders and necessary follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of medical office or related customer service experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processes and regulations preferred
• Ability to work from home in a secure environment required
