Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations
• Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger and responds to vendor inquiries
• Resolves discrepancies in billings and payments and may process employee expense reimbursements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred
• Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred
