Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm ultrasound and X-ray appointments while ensuring accurate patient data entry
• Communicate financial responsibilities and provide exam preparation instructions to patients and provider offices
• Act as a liaison between center operations and centralized authorizations, handling patient and provider calls courteously

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of related healthcare scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and physician billing
• Experience in medical reception or medical office settings is preferred
