Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

Welcoming patients and families, the full-time Patient Access Representative will manage registration processes, assist with transportation needs, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas while providing necessary information about procedures and expectations
• Obtain and verify required patient information for registration in an efficient manner
• Act as a preceptor for new hires, offering education and support as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of formal education or equivalent experience
• Two years of work experience in customer service, healthcare, or a business-related field
