Job Summary

Representing the highest standards of customer service, the full-time Patient Access Representative will facilitate patient scheduling, registration, and financial clearance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all components of patient entrance, including scheduling, registration, and benefit verification
  • Ensure accurate patient data is obtained and populated into records
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance carriers, Medicare guidelines, and accreditation standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of clerical and customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and a 10-key calculator
