Job Summary

As a full-time Patient Access Representative working remotely, the successful candidate will provide compassionate and efficient customer service to patients, ensuring accurate registration and timely access to care while navigating multiple computer systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist patients and families with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth registration experience
• Gather accurate patient information and answer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient flow and minimize registration delays

Required qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to undergo background checks and meet vaccination requirements
• Experience in patient access or medical registration is a plus, but not required
