Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

Welcoming patients and families, the full-time Patient Access Representative will manage the registration process, assist with transportation needs, and ensure a positive experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous manner
• Obtain and verify required patient information for registration in an expedient manner
• Act as a preceptor for new hires, providing necessary education for the role

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of formal education or equivalent experience
• Two years of work experience in customer service, healthcare, or a business-related field
