Job Summary

Managing patient appointment scheduling, the full-time Patient Access Representative will ensure efficient use of clinical resources, accurately capture demographic and insurance information, and provide empathetic guidance to patients regarding pre-service requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling of patient appointments to maximize efficiency of clinical resources and patient time
  • Accurately capture demographic and insurance information for a seamless checkout and billing experience
  • Resolve scheduling hurdles and support the insurance authorization process to facilitate timely patient care
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat correspondence
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment
