Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

Managing patient appointments, the full-time Patient Access Representative will ensure efficient scheduling, accurately capture demographic and insurance information, and provide empathetic guidance to patients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of patient appointments to optimize clinical resources and patient time
• Accurately capture demographic and insurance information for seamless checkout and billing
• Resolve scheduling issues and guide patients regarding pre-service requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Experience scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment
• Experience with Athena, Epic, Dash, Genesys, or Salesforce is a plus
