Job Summary

Representing a compassionate healthcare environment, the full-time Patient Access Representative will facilitate patient scheduling, registration, and financial clearance while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with insurance guidelines in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate patient scheduling, registration, and benefit verification processes
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and support as the first point of contact for patients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college education preferred
• 1-3 years of clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance plans is preferred
• Proficiency in using computer systems and a 10-key calculator
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods
