A company is looking for a Patient Access Rep II.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospital registration, scheduling, and verification of patient information within multiple systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and articulate hospital policies to patients
• Utilize critical thinking to address patient needs and maintain accurate clinical and financial records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• CHAA certification required
• No supervisory experience needed
• Experience with EPIC systems is preferred
