Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduler I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments with appropriate providers and locations
• Direct calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
