Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduler I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments courteously and efficiently
• Direct calls to appropriate services and ensure timely distribution of information requests
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, assisting them in navigating the system

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
• Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a medical setting (preferred)
