Patient Access Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduler I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
• Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the system with empathy and compassion

Required Qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
• Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program is preferred
• 2 years of experience in a medical setting is preferred
