Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers telephones promptly and notifies referring offices of patient appointment details
• Schedules and modifies patient examinations, including cancellations and discrepancies
• Participates in education programs to maintain skills and competency levels

Required Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or patient access roles
• Knowledge of scheduling systems and software
• Understanding of medical protocols and billing processes
• Ability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare preferred
