Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Accepts incoming calls and schedules patient appointments in various divisions
• Initiates billing processes by collecting, entering, and verifying patient data and insurance information
• Participates in education programs to maintain current skills and competency levels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a scheduling or patient access role preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
