Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduler I.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments, ensuring courteous service
• Direct calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the system with empathy

Required Qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
• Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a medical setting (preferred)
