Key Responsibilities

• Accepts incoming calls and schedules patient appointments across various divisions
• Initiates billing processes by collecting, entering, and verifying patient data and insurance information
• Participates in education programs to maintain skills and competency levels

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in scheduling or patient access roles
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and software
• Knowledge of medical protocols and billing processes
• Ability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
