To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Patient Access Scheduler will manage pre-registration and appointment scheduling for various services in a remote environment, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules and facilitates appointments for diagnostic tests and clinical consultations across multiple services
• Confirms appointments for the next business day and manages patient flow with appropriate providers
• Verifies patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring eligibility and initiating necessary account setups
