Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule patient appointments, manage incoming calls, and ensure timely distribution of information while working remotely in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
• Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic solutions and assisting them in navigating the healthcare system

Required qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
