Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule appointments while managing a high volume of calls in a remote environment, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-registers and schedules patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
• Directs calls to the appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Acts as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system with empathy and compassion

Required qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
