Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule appointments, manage incoming calls, and ensure timely distribution of information while working remotely in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments with appropriate providers and locations
• Direct calls to the appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system with empathy and compassion

Required qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
