Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time or full-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule appointments, direct calls, and assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, with a variety of shifts available including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-registers and schedules patient appointments with appropriate providers and locations
• Directs calls to the appropriate services and ensures timely distribution of requested information
• Acts as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic assistance in navigating the healthcare system

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
