Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the remote Patient Access Scheduler I will manage pre-registration and appointment scheduling for patients, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience while working in a self-directed manner.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments, directing calls to appropriate services as needed
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic assistance in navigating the healthcare system
• Ensure timely distribution of information and manage insurance pre-authorizations for assigned patients

Required qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
