Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduling Representative (Remote, Per Diem).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for facility services based on physician orders and maintains scheduling processes
• Obtains authorizations, prepares referral requests, and collects necessary patient data
• Maintains electronic health record documentation and tracks referral patient compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate's/Technical degree in business or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred
